RATES

October to April:

Nightly rate (minimum 3 nights) - $75

2 weeks - $800

3 weeks - $1000

1 month - $1200

With a queen and one twin sized bed, the casa can accommodate a couple or two singles. The rates depend on length of stay.  A party of 3 has an additional fee for the third person. There is a three night minimum. A stay over one week is discounted based on the length of stay.  Guests pay a refundable $100 security deposit and will be held responsible for damages and losses incurred during their stay. Security deposits are returned following a final inspection after guests depart and no damages are identified.  Rates are increased for the December holidays.

A signed lease describing guest responsibilities is standard.

A 50% deposit is required with your reservation and is fully refundable up to 10 days prior to occupancy.  A 20% fee will be retained if the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled occupancy date.  With the exception of reservations made within a week of stay, full payment is required no less than one week before occupancy.
